　　中新网合肥4月29日电 (记者 赵强)安徽省人民检察院29日召开新闻发布会，通报该省检察机关开展“全面深化行政检察监督、依法护航民生民利”专项监督工作情况。记者从会上获悉，两年来，安徽省检察机关共办理各类行政检察监督案件4143件。

　　安徽省检察院副检察长李卫东说：“我们从2022年4月起，在全省检察机关部署开展了为期两年的‘全面深化行政检察监督依法护航民生民利’专项监督工作。工作中，我们依托‘府检联动’机制，围绕就业、教育、社保、医疗等民生热点，以及妇女、老年人、残疾人等特定群体和市场主体权益保护，确定了‘5+N’的专项监督工作开展模式。”

　　据了解，“5+N”中的“5”指安徽省检察院确定的守护“夕阳红”、守护“半边天”、助力根治欠薪、市场主体权益保护以及“空壳公司”清理5个专项监督工作。“N”指安徽各地检察机关结合本地实际，开展富有地方特色的“小专项”。

　　李卫东介绍，两年来，该省检察机关共办理各类行政检察监督案件4143件，提出抗诉26件，提出再审检察建议45件，向法院提出检察建议1520件，向行政机关提出检察建议2188件，与行政机关形成工作机制76个。1件案例被最高检评为第三十六批指导性案例，1件案例被最高检评为“2023年度十大行政检察典型案例”等。

　　其中，在开展促进公共政策兑现和政府履约践诺督察监督工作方面，依托“府检联动”机制，检察机关以专项监督推动地方一些政策未兑现、协议未履行问题得到解决，倒逼出台精准公共政策。共排查兑现问题清单649个，针对有关行政机关怠于兑现公共政策和未及时履约践诺问题，依法制发检察建议73件，督促兑现资金1.2亿余元。

　　安徽省检察院第七检察部主任张克德在会上发布了该省行政检察监督护航民生民利6个典型案例。据介绍，此次发布的6个典型案例是安徽省检察院首次发布行政检察护航民生民利专项监督方面的案例。(完)
